AHVAP Certification Center Policies and Procedures

The following policies and procedures are designed to protect the public from harm and ensure compliance with established international accreditation standards from the National Commission for Certifying Agencies (NCCA). Each certificant that holds a credential issued by the AHVAP Certification Center is bound by these policies. Failure to abide by the AHVAP Certification Center policies and requirements may result in denial or revocation of certification.

Complaints: 

Complaints regarding any certificant holding an AHVAP Certification credential may be submitted in writing to [email protected]. Unsigned complaints will not be processed or honored. All complaints are treated as confidential. 

Accreditation Standards:

The AHVAP Certification Center adheres to the 2021 NCCA Standards for the Accreditation of Certification Programs and International Standards ISO/IEC Standard 17024.
